This Privacy Policy describes how we handle information when you visit flygonlc.com, use our secure payment portal, connect to related platforms we operate (including our social media management tools and Invoice Studio), or otherwise interact with us (collectively, the “Services”).
1. Information We Collect
Depending on how you use the Services, we may collect:
a. Information you provide

- Payment amounts and transaction references when you use our payment portal

Card payments on flygonlc.com are processed by Stripe. We do not store full credit or debit card numbers on our servers. Stripe collects and processes payment card data according to its own privacy policy. We may receive limited payment details from Stripe (such as the last four digits of a card, card brand, payment status, and transaction ID) to confirm payment and maintain records.
c. Social media and third-party platform data
If you connect social media or advertising accounts to our management tools (including platforms hosted at subdomains or related URLs we operate), we may receive information authorized by you through those platforms’ APIs, such as account identifiers, page or profile names, access tokens, scheduled content, and engagement metrics needed to provide the service.
d. Automatically collected information
- IP address, browser type, device type, and operating system
- Pages viewed, referring URLs, and general usage data
- Log and security data maintained by our hosting providers
e. Fraud prevention and security
We use Google reCAPTCHA on our payment portal to help protect against abuse. Google may collect device and interaction data as described in Google’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

- Respond to inquiries and provide support
- Detect fraud, abuse, and security incidents
- Comply with law, enforce our agreements, and protect our rights
3. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with:
- Service providers that help us run the Services (for example: Stripe for payments, Google for reCAPTCHA, hosting providers, email delivery, and database services)
- Social and advertising platforms when you direct us to publish content or manage accounts on your behalf
- Professional advisors such as accountants or attorneys, when necessary
- Authorities or other parties when required by law, subpoena, court order, or to protect rights, safety, and security
- Successors in connection with a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, subject to this Policy
4. Invoice Studio
Invoice Studio at invoices.flygonlc.com is a separate application for invoicing and account management. If you create an account there, information you provide in that product (clients, invoices, team members, billing data) is handled to operate Invoice Studio and its subscriptions. Where Invoice Studio has product-specific notices, those apply in addition to this Policy.

6. Data Retention
We retain information for as long as needed to provide the Services, meet legal and accounting obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Payment and client records may be kept for the period required by applicable tax and business laws. You may request deletion of certain data, subject to legal retention requirements.
7. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
